Refund & Return Policy

hsb Services

At hsb Services, we provide professional truck dispatch and related online services. As we do not sell or deliver any physical products, returns are not applicable.

Return Policy:

All services offered by hsb Services are digital and service-based. Therefore, returns or exchanges are available once a service has been provided or initiated.

Refund Policy must be of 30 days

Refund Policy:

Refunds are considered only under the conditions outlined below:

• Once dispatch services have started, no refunds will be issued.

• Payments for completed, partially completed, or in-progress services are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be provided for:

• Loads already dispatched

• Services already rendered

• Missed loads due to driver unavailability

• Delays or cancellations caused by brokers, shippers, drivers, or other third parties

Advance Load Booking Cancellation

If a client books a load in advance and later wishes to cancel:

• The client must notify hsb Services at least 12 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time.

• If cancellation is made within the 12–24 hour window, a refund may be considered.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before dispatch will not be eligible for a refund.

• No refund will be issued if work related to the load has already begun (including broker negotiations or confirmations).

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate or incorrect payments made by the client

• Failure to provide services due to a verified technical issue caused directly by HSB Services

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
